Refund Policy

We offer a complete refund in cases where an error made by us, that cannot be solved by re-notarizing the document, leads to the rejection of the document by the receiving agency or organization.

However, refunds are not provided if the client selects an incorrect form or document, or if there is a misunderstanding regarding the requirements of their form or document.

Refund eligibility for cancellations is determined by the 2-hour cancellation window outlined in these terms and conditions. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the email address Jazmin@magananotary.com

No refunds will be provided for No Shows. We do not offer partial refunds.

No Show

Should a client miss a scheduled appointment without prior notification, it will be classified as a “No Show.” This may result in a fee equivalent to the first notarization fee of $34.99, and the notary retains the right to terminate the appointment.

Late Attendance

Clients are required to arrive punctually for their respective scheduled appointments. Delayed arrival may lead to shortened duration of the notary service, and the notary is not obliged to extend the appointment beyond the scheduled time. If a client exceeds a 10-minute delay, the Notary will conclude the session and the client will be considered a No Show.

Cancellation

We kindly ask clients to provide advance notice if they need to cancel an appointment. As part of our commitment to responsible scheduling, a cancellation fee of $34.99 will be charged for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This fee is in addition to the conditions specified in our refund policy.

Rescheduling

Clients have the option to request an appointment rescheduling up to 2 hours prior to the appointment time, free of charge. Rescheduling beyond this 2-hour window may incur a fee equivalent to the first notarization fee of $34.99, and availability for the new appointment time is not guaranteed.

Payment Methods

We accept all major debit or credit cards, and Interac e-transfer.

Applicable Taxes Applicable taxes will be added to the total service charge as required by law.
